Our Legal Team
Mary R. Watson joined the William M. Hansen & Associates team in 1999. She has practiced in the areas of estate planning, estate administration, probate litigation and guardianship/conservatorships for over 20 years. In addition, her past experience in the insurance defense litigation field gives her a unique perspective on advising clients on risk management and asset protection strategies. Because Mary is committed to making sure those who cannot speak for themselves are taken care of, she is a past president of the Hennepin County Bar Association's Probate and Estate Law Committee and the Minnesota Association for Guardianship and Conservatorship (MAGiC). She is also a current member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers, National Guardianship Association (NGA), and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Mary earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Minnesota. |
